Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans
SWPPP commonly refers to Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
However, it may also be called a “construction best practices plan,” “sediment andstormwater plan,” “erosion, sedimentation, and pollution prevention plan,” or similar term. The SWPPP (or similarly named plan) is generally required to comply with EPA's or the state's stormwater construction general permit.
